She ensures compliance, oversees EEOC matters, benefits, employee relations, performance management, and training. Instrumental in shaping EDS’s culture from its early days, she aligns hiring strategies with brand values. With vast experience in staffing, operations, and recruitment, Gabriela has also led global human capital projects, emphasizing inclusivity and brand alignment. Her solution-oriented approach prioritizes problem-solving and collaboration. Outside work, she enjoys travel, music, food, and family time.

Sonya is the driving force behind EDS Service Solutions and the creator of Workforce Velocity™. Her unique blend of human relations and strategic management has saved clients millions by optimizing processes. She leverages technology-enabled practices to enhance efficiency and drive innovation. Starting her journey at the Atlanta Olympics, Sonya has shaped EDS into an industry leader, earning her the prestigious EY Entrepreneur of the Year winner for the Southeast.

James is the CFO at EDS Service Solutions, bringing 25 years of accounting experience to the team. A Certified Public Accountant, he leads the Accounting Department, offering crucial financial insights that guide strategic decision-making. Holding an MS in Accounting from Keller Graduate School, he empowers his team with a laissez-faire leadership style, fostering accountability and performance. James’s passion for finance and dedication to his family, travel, and home projects reflect his balanced approach to leadership.

John Payne serves as Vice President at EDS, overseeing operations, strategic planning, client relations, and business development. With over 11 years at Enterprise Mobility, John brings deep expertise in client management and operational excellence. At EDS, he has driven over $85 million in sales, fostering growth and strong client partnerships. A University of Florida graduate, he excels in dispute resolution and analytics. Outside of work, John enjoys golf, football, travel, and family time.

Brandon oversees operations, strategic planning, client relationship management, and business development at EDS. With 8 years as Airport Manager at Enterprise Mobility and 13 years in staffing with EDS, he brings over two decades of industry experience. Holding a BS in Information Science and Technology with a minor in Business Management, he employs the 4 P’s—Perception, Process, People, and Projection—in his strategic leadership. Skilled in problem-solving and data analysis, Brandon enjoys golfing, family time, and traveling.

Cheri is Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development, responsible for reducing labor costs, optimizing lean operations, and enhancing human capital processes. She leads strategic workforce planning for government and consumer sectors. With proven success across diverse industries, she specializes in lean operations and human capital improvement. A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Motorola and PMP certified from Villanova University, she is also a PHR and SHRM member. Cheri leads with integrity and collaboration, empowering teams to reach their full potential.

As Director of Talent Acquisition and Strategic Initiatives, Griselda leads EDS’s recruitment strategy, managing nationwide teams that connect with hundreds of thousands of candidates annually. With an International Business Degree from Stetson University, she has built a workforce consistently meeting 95% of operational needs. Her people-centered, collaborative approach creates a supportive, growth-oriented environment, driving EDS’s mission to attract top talent and broaden its reach. Griselda’s dedication to excellence and strategic vision make her a key leader at EDS. Outside of work, she enjoys soccer and reading.

Bringing over four decades of international management experience from Avis Budget, Dean serves as EDS’s Director of Performance Excellence. As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, he drives strategies to boost operational efficiency, productivity, and quality across EDS. Dean’s transformational leadership inspires teams to innovate, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Passionate about excellence, he balances his professional life with golfing and family time.

Erika is a seasoned Risk and Compliance Director with over 18 years of experience in strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management. She specializes in developing safety and security programs and collaborates closely with vendors, clients, and senior management to minimize risk and reduce costs. Known for empowering her team, she fosters problem-solving and expertise. Erika holds bachelor’s degrees in Economics from Spain and International Economic Relationships from Mexico. Outside work, she enjoys traveling and attending concerts.
