Responsibilities
- Redirect and identify vehicles being returned by checking time, mileage, and verifying movement to the proper lot location
- Assist customers with rental agreements, check-ins, and returns
- Identify and tag vehicles flagged for grounding
- Keep the lot organized for ease of access and traffic flow
- Perform inventory checks and car counts in the lot
- Provide excellent service and professionalism to customers
- Work independently with strong time management skills
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Basic Tech Proficiency
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends
