Responsibilities
- Supervise employees during assigned shifts, ensuring productivity and compliance with company standards.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed by employees.
- Meet and exceed productivity standards in the assigned location.
- Complete and submit necessary paperwork related to shift operations.
- Coach and mentor new employees, offering guidance and support as they learn the role.
- Step in to cover roles, such as driver or vehicle service agent (VSA), when needed to meet customer demands.
- Act as the site manager when necessary, covering their duties during days off.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
- At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in customer service or operations.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Schedule
