2024 is the 10-year anniversary of EDS’s reunification, and the official formation of the company we know today: EDS Service Solutions. In 2014, we simplified our brands – Workforce Velocity remaining our software powerhouse out of Ireland, and Eddisons branching off as our management and consulting arm, and notably partnering with Audi in Germany to launch their mobility solutions. In 2016, Sonya Locke, standing CEO, took the helm of EDS full-time and brought with her the culture leader from Eddisons and a current VP, who have played an integral part in creating the workforce management company we know today.
After a decade of business process outsourcing and industry application, EDS proves to be an inherently adaptable company with the bandwidth and care to support thousands of employees and customers through both the highs and lows of an ever changing economy. Over the last 10 years, we see a trend of nourished relationships grow into seasons of big milestones; as the saying goes ‘when it rains it pours’. EDS prides itself on looking out for the individual in every role and playing to the strengths of those within the organization to internally lift up, and mentor, a staff that cares more about the process, than the profit. Profit will always follow when leadership, and those within an organization, strive to out serve the customers they work for. At the end of the day, it’s human capital management and nothing matters more than our people.
